The residential areas of the Locust Town Center will be a new urbanism mix of small houses on small lots, multi-family dwellings and larger houses. It will have a walkable, human scale main street making it enjoyable for everyone to walk around. Bob Barbee, Main Street Property Partner says that he sees the Locust Town Center as an "intimate, traditional neighborhood."
