The master plan for Locust Town Center is modeled on historic villages
with old-style downtowns, places where "sense of community" gives families a place to call "home" .
The plan includes small shops and businesses, houses, townhouses,
restaurants, medical offices, banks, etc. and a village green.

Allen McGuire of FMK architects from Charlotte serves as the town architect.
Steve Chambers of Chambers Engineering serves as the engineer.
