Main Street Property, LLC Main Street Property, LLC is comprised of two Stanly County natives, developer Terry Whitley and Bob Barbee along with Charlottean Andreas Bechtler. The group owns 120 acres just northwest of the NC 200 intersection that they plan to use in building Locust Town Center. The group has hired nationally and internationally renowned planners Duany Plater-Zyberk to help envision a proposed new downtown.
